Brief

VITACO is the holding company of multiple supplement brands, they would like to increase the awareness of their brands in China and among the Australian Chinese market.

Although some of its brands were hundred years old, and well known among the Australian and New Zealand region, they are relatively new to the Chinese consumers. They have been sold through buying agents online in China and lacking an official source of information.

Digital Solutions

Think China worked with Vitaco Health to establish Chinese websites for it supplement brand Healtheries, and sports supplement brand MUSASHI. These websites are hosted in China and allow speedy access from its growing Chinese consumer base.

Chinese social channels like Weibo and WeChat were also created for Healtheries and Nutra-life. These allow products and brand information to be accessible through the Chinese social media network.

Think China also organised sample give away in selected Chinese market in Australia to grow awareness of its products through social media subscription, and incentivise sharing online to build word of mouth through the circle of friends between Australia and China.
